If Hollywood never hired new actors to play roles we'd be stuck with Brad Pitt and Leo decaprio for choices as to who plays finnick, and we wouldn't have Amanda as rue. How are actors supposed to get experience if no one gives them a chance?

Give them Indie movies, not this giant project. And Rue is sadly less significant than Finnick.
