Wait, I'm confused. Finnick is 24 years old in the books. A lot of the people you're okaying are really old for the part and the ones you say no to are closer in age to the character.

If we’re sticking to the actual age of the characters, then we wouldn’t have a movie. Jen, Josh, and Liam are all older, but they still look the part. Hollywood magic can make them look younger. And the people I’m saying no to, are to young as in they are inexperienced. Come back to me after a few movies and some nominations.
